- As our products are homemade food items and fall under the category of perishable and consumable goods, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been delivered, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or an incorrect item has been delivered.
Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered and must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- No returns or exchanges are accepted for perishable food products once delivered, except in the cases mentioned above.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include the following:
- Order number or proof of purchase.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- An unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
Claims raised after 3 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

After reviewing your claim, Maa Kaa Achar may, at its sole discretion:
- Provide a replacement product, or
- Issue a refund to the original payment method.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date of approval. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping Charges
There will be no return shipping charges for approved claims relating to damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Opened or used food products.
- Products returned due to taste preferences or personal preferences.
- Products purchased during sale, promotional, or discounted offers (unless damaged or incorrect).
- Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect product quality.
